| For owner-occupied
properties with income eligible homeowners, the
capacity fee, on-lot
expense and required permit fees may be paid through
a no-interest, deferred payment loan offered by the
Sarasota Office of Housing and Community
Development. Home values may not exceed $160,000.
This program pays the County and the plumber
directly. It cannot reimburse the property owner for
any expenses. Assistance is limited and applications
are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
